Leadership Principles at Work is designed to make leadership part of who we are; LPW is committed to you actually BEING a leader. We are here to support you in being someone who can make a difference for people and for the things that are most important to you. We will guide conversations that are necessary to create this transformation, and you will, in turn, become an unstoppable force in the world. You will be able to produce new and different ways of being, influencing not only your own lives but the lives of others.

The program is six weeks long, with a group meeting once a week and one one-on-one coaching call a week. Weekly assignments will enforce the lessons given. After the program, you will receive six weeks of follow-up coaching.
